The RI SPA App provides Rentokil Initial Sales Managers the ability to conduct an accurate sales capability evaluation of their sales team. The app forms part of a Field Coaching day and is used when visiting customer sites observing how the sales person interacts with their customer. The data collected will help identify sales skills to be improved to support the development of an individual.
